| The past few days have been difficult for our island. As our Cool It Kauai crew has gotten back on the road, seeing the damage throughout the community we love has been heartbreaking. Our hearts are with the families, businesses, and neighbors affected by the storm. Kauai has been through a lot, and now we begin the work of recovering and rebuilding together. How We’re Prioritizing Service As we resume normal operations, our team is working through a large number of service needs and appointments. For the time being, we are prioritizing: Urgent AC repairs Customers with systems requiring immediate attention will be prioritized based on urgency and severity. Storm-related AC issues We are prioritizing systems that were damaged or affected as a result of the storm. Appointments missed during the storm If your appointment had to be canceled or postponed, you are still on our list. Our team will be reaching out to reschedule those appointments. What About Routine Maintenance? Routine AC cleaning and maintenance appointments may need to be postponed while our technicians focus on customers with more urgent needs. We know waiting can be frustrating, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding while we work through each call. We Haven’t Forgotten About You Our goal is to take care of our customers as quickly and fairly as possible while prioritizing the people who need immediate help. If you already had an appointment affected by the storm, there is no need to worry—we will be reaching out to reschedule.
